Job Purpose

This is a dual-purpose hybrid role which will see your time split as required by the business. You will primarily be responsible for providing administration support to the Brigantia Managed Service Team, whilst also supporting the Brigantia Sales Administration Team. Dependent on the task at hand, you will report to either the Director of InfoSec Services or Head of Revenue Operations, working closely with relevant members of both teams on a daily basis. 
Full and detailed training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process tickets as allocated to you;
  • As appropriate, allocate tickets to others;
  • Log support tickets with vendors and communicate with partners on various levels;
  • To assist in the processing and tracking of both cybersecurity training orders and services;
  • Communication both internal and external as required via email;
  • Updating of relevant systems such as Salesforce CRM.

  • Interest in cybersecurity (preferred)
  • Good Microsoft skills – particularly Word, Excel, and Teams (required)
  • Minimum of Grade B in GCSE Maths and English (required)
