This year, we created our first partner survey. It was designed to help us understand the challenges that you, your customers, and the broader channel are facing. The results have been enlightening, surprising, and extremely interesting.
For example, when asked, 'If you could improve one aspect of your business, what would it be?', the majority of respondents said building value into their business was a priority for them. These types of responses are extremely helpful in curating our products and services for you, our partners.
The channel represents a wide range of businesses that operate in a variety of ways. We believe that this information provides insight into our industry and may inspire and inform practises that will benefit you in the future.
As a result, we're sharing these data with our partners so you can see where you share similarities and where you differ from other businesses in the industry.
