Over the course of 2022, CyberSmart have run a series of sessions with various Brigantia partners to discuss their overall solution and how the platform and Active Protection (the CyberSmart agent) can be improved to provide more value to MSPs.
Our Partners spoke, and CyberSmart listened.
As a result, you may have noticed some improvements already, additional checks on Full Disk Encryption, or whether the OS is supported by the manufacturer and whether the user has admin controls on the device, are all new to the CyberSmart Active Protect agent which gives MSPs more insight into the level of security on user devices.
They have also enhanced the platform recently, adding Academy and Smart Score and a new look and feel.
It is also easier for MSPs to focus on the devices that are not compliant by viewing and filtering devices across all organisations to see where the issues are and then to address those issues.
Finally, CyberSmart are also adding more automated answers to their questionnaire to save MSPs more time when completing the questionnaire. This is something that MSPs have been asking for and is now being delivered.
