Cybersecurity distributor, Brigantia, will host an email security summit at the Imperial War Museum in London. This promises to be an exciting opportunity for MSPs, following the success of Brigantia's Cyber Essentials Summit earlier this year.
Background
Email security is a hot topic in the MSP community this year, as phishing attacks have become more sophisticated and widespread. The event will help MSPs to expand their knowledge, add solutions to their stack, network and attend talks and Q&As from vendors and Brigantia's own experts.
Highlights
The purpose of the summit is to support MSPs in providing better protection to their clients in an age of increased threats. To that end, there will be a series of talks from expert vendors such as Heimdal, KnowBe4 and Hornetsecurity, as well as networking opportunities.
These will include topics such as inbox protection, phishing training, and financial fraud prevention. The speakers are true experts in their fields, with unique solutions to current threats.
MSPs attending will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with senior executives from the vendors in addition to attending the talks and Q&As. As a result, the summit provides an excellent opportunity for MSPs to make new connections, learn more, and potentially expand their portfolio. Brigantia Quote
Brigantia's Sales Director, Angus Shaw, said:
"Our Cyber Essentials Summit was a a resounding success. This event on email security promises to follow suit. It's an extremely important topic that is sometimes overlooked.
All too often, businesses will have excellent endpoint and network security but fail to educate their employees on phishing threats. This is the type of vulnerability that the channel must address, and it is one of many topics we will discuss.
This is about introducing solutions, not just highlighting problems. MSPs will be able to speak directly with vendors about how to help their customers improve their email security."
Details
The summit is open to all MSPs and will be held at London's iconic Imperial War Museum in Lambeth. It was originally scheduled for 16th March, but due to train strikes, it was moved to Thursday, 4th May.
