Leading MSP Air IT has announced a new partnership with Brigantia and Sendmarc to boost customers’ email deliverability and security.

Under the agreement, Air IT will offer Sendmarc's DMARC management platform to its UK-wide customer base with Brigantia's advice and support.

The rise of DMARC

DMARC has emerged from relative obscurity to become a topic of growing concern for UK businesses. This was partly prompted by Gmail and Yahoo's decision to block bulk email senders without DMARC policies.

This can cause email deliverability problems for many businesses, but other concerns exist. Unless DMARC is monitored and managed, a domain can be open to spoofing, where attackers use the legitimate domain in phishing attacks.

We anticipated this and onboarded DMARC vendor, Sendmarc, to help partners manage DMARC for customers in a scalable, MSP-friendly way.

Looking for a solution

Like many MSPs, Air IT began surveying the market for a solution. After reviewing other products, they began talking to Brigantia about Sendmarc. They quickly found it to be more MSP-friendly than the alternatives and were won over by the knowledge and support of the Brigantia team.

The partnership is another boost to Sendmarc, which has seen spectacular success since we introduced it to the UK channel. Air IT has expanded significantly through organic growth and high-profile acquisitions in recent years. It will offer Sendmarc to its entire UK customer base as a managed service offering.

Quotes

Air IT’s Group Product Director, Colin Riddle, said:

“We’re excited to launch the Air IT Managed DMARC service to our customers. Managing thousands of DNS records at scale would be prohibitively inefficient without a tool like Sendmarc, which brings them all into a single interface.

Brigantia’s reputation for selecting only the best vendors precedes them, and Sendmarc is yet another example. We couldn’t ask for better partners.”

Sacha Matulovich, Sendmarc’s Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, said:

“It’s great to see the UK channel treat DMARC with the seriousness it merits. We've been delighted with our partnership with Brigantia, who has done an outstanding job of getting the message out.

Being chosen by Air IT is a fundamental point of pride for us, not just because of their size but their exacting technical standards. It's a vindication of Sendmarc as an effective, MSP-centric solution. I look forward to many years working with Brigantia and Air IT."

An exciting partnership

This reaffirms our conviction that DMARC management is now essential for any MSP. Air IT is a significant presence in the MSP space, and I'm incredibly pleased that both Brigantia and Sendmarc won their approval.

Sendmarc will help Air IT generate new recurring revenue streams by protecting its customers. This is the kind of win-win scenario that we strive for. I want to thank everybody involved in this partnership, and I look forward to many years of mutual success.
