Why did we conduct the survey?
With a rapidly expanding customer base, we get to see market drivers before many because we receive so many different requests for solutions from partners.
As a result, we thought it would be beneficial for partners to see feedback from their peers in a survey format, which would confirm their own views while potentially revealing some new perspectives on what end users and MSPs consider to be most important.
About the survey
We asked our 1,300 MSP partners to respond to nine questions centred on three broad topics: end users, MSPs, and Brigantia. We received over 100 responses.
